Times are changing, given the motivation and a not even that immense gob of spare change cyber psychological warfare is actually way easier done then were all trying to pretend it is. I'm not going to go into that very hairy subject right now. The people attracted to this blog post who need to be here reading it will either get what I just said or not , but I think it is worth writing about because even if your clueless as far as the cyber psychological terrorism going on in the world , the main points of this article can just as easily apply.
For those who manifest and practice the secret or law of attraction principles how many of us obbessivly put on our fridge ridiculously happy quotes? We drowned ourselves in positive inspirations .posters..books..always trying to remember our daily battles with our thought processes.
The problem with this I've experienced myself and observed is umm were human and bio chemical. Estrogen can out power mood and thought in ways that a 1000 bucks spent plastering every inch of your home and your Facebook in happy thoughts has no chance against.
So we then buy every vitamin or herbal in the world to try and make our human bodies run perfect so we can roam the earth with perfect thoughts lol
Umm my peeps...it ain't gonna happen lol
If you are spending more time brain washing yourself or trying to make a imperfect meant to die body
Last forever ..then actually surronding yourself with people places and things that really honestly make you feel good ..your probably eventually gonna experience positivity burn out.
And take in account that your health and mind frames are in fact partially controlled by the environment around you ..your not as in control as you think.
I've been cyberly terrorized for about 2.5 years. Psychological attacks down to having my smart meter and electricity hacked and messed with.
It has not been fun.
It taught me one huge lesson ..your never as in control as you think you are.
It also taught me the value of eating something for taste only. Enjoying dirty negative jokes that do bring out gut laughter. Going ahead and buying a pointless object simply because I want it and could at the moment. Being friends with people not because they were or weren't screwy and toxic but by how much I simply enjoy them period and how much just natural chemistry was there.
I learned to trust chemistry more and judgements less over all.
This is why I return to the clip in the secret where Jack Canfield says something like if you wanna meditate..meditate if you want a grilled cheese..eat a grilled cheese.
Meditation when used to brainwash yourself out of your bad day defeats the purpose of having a bad day which is to tell you to change your path.
Eating a grilled cheese because the shit just sounded yummy is a actual soul action. Doing more of those types of things is what can actually change the path that's making your bad days happen over and over.
Unless you just truly enjoy meditation and many do.
The intent is what matters
Are you doing a action because you should? As a chore?
Or are you doing it because you want too ..really want too.
Or are you running on auto pilot habit
And how dull is it to have to analyze every action to see which of the three is at the wheel
Here's a much simpler way
Wake up and focus on people places and things
Your home, is it comfy? Authentically you?
Your peeps, who is around that you really enjoy time with..ditch the shoulds..find your home fries
What are you doing with all the hours of your day? Crap that's chore like? No wonder you wanna hide in bed, and your big only break is going to do some healthy positive shit huh?
Stop it and if you get a sitter and want to nap instead of Zumba. Fricken nap.
Just be you , you can't change you till you are you...
